Acceptance

By accessing or using Moka (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Regional restriction (EEA, UK, Switzerland, GDPR)

We do not represent that we meet the obligations imposed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), the UK GDPR, or materially similar rules. The Service does not ship the full suite of safeguards, disclosures, processor terms, transfer tools, or data-subject workflows those frameworks often expect.

You must not register for or use the Service if you are ordinarily resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland—or if applying those laws to our processing of your personal data would require protections we have not implemented. If that describes you, do not access Moka until we publicly support your jurisdiction.

What the Service is

Moka is a productivity tool that collects order-oriented information by connecting mailboxes you authorize (typically IMAP-compatible mail including Gmail configured in the Service) and consolidating what it finds with your account data stored on our servers. Features, retailers, and availability may change.

Account and access

• You sign in with Discord; paid access may require an active entitlement where we use Whop (or successor) checks.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and for any mailbox credentials you attach.
• You may not impersonate others, share access with unmanaged third parties against these terms, or add mailboxes you are not authorized to monitor.
• We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, unpaid access where required, operational reasons, or legal compliance.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service illegally or contrary to Discord, inbox providers’, or retailers’ terms.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ data, or third-party mail beyond scopes you legitimately hold.
• Do not overwhelm infrastructure, circumvent technical limits, or repackage the Service commercially without consent.

Email access

By attaching a mailbox integration, you authorize the Service to authenticate and retrieve messages narrowly needed for order reconciliation. You may remove integrations anytime; removals stop future processing subject to logging and backups.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but the Service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Ordering and tracking inferred from mail can be incomplete; verify critical delivery details with retailers and carriers.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties beyond those mandatory under applicable law where you live or use the Service. Automated parsing can be incomplete or wrong—you are responsible for confirming important order and delivery details with retailers and carriers.

Liability cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Moka nor its contributors are liable for indirect losses, lost profit, incidental or consequential damages, or similar—except mandatory non-excludable rights you may have under applicable law (where enforced).

Changes

We may update these terms; material adjustments will be signposted reasonably (for example in-app notices or email where we have addresses). Continuing to use the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
